Personal care is the foundation of what we do. Many people require support with the intimate and essential activities of daily living that most people take for granted. We understand that personal care is highly personal. We always obtain your explicit consent before touching you, explain what we are doing, and respect your privacy and dignity throughout. If you have specific needs (e.g. genital care, intimate washing) we will approach these with professionalism and sensitivity.

Many people receive multiple medications for various conditions. Managing medications can be confusing, and missed doses or medication errors can have serious health consequences.
